Home Base and Aircraft

CAP Squadron 35 is located at Whiteman Airport in Pacoima CA. We are located in beautiful San Fernando Valley which is in Los Angeles County and at the base of Angeles National Forest. We have a facility shown up that includes our meeting space, communications center, and a flight simulator. Squadron 35 has three single engine land aircraft to conduct airborne operation that we maintain and oversee.

We have a fleet of three single engine aircraft - a Cessna 172, a Cessna 182, and a Cessna 206. The high-wing configuration allows for optimal ground viewing for search, rescue, and photography missions. Our aircraft are flown regularly for training and missions regularly. The squadron is responsible for maintenance and upkeep of the aircraft.
